Our IGBT inverter resistance spot welder utilizes the IGBT soft switching technology to create a machine that is lighter, more powerful and with a stable DC current for better welds. IGBT technology also drastically reduces the size of the transformer in the machine, which accounts for a large proportion of the weight, whilst benefiting from high current handling capabilities. There is also a large 5” LCD graphic monitor system that displays all the details such as welding material, time, power and thickness of the various welding modes. With a digital control system and sophisticated circuit, you can be assured that the data is highly accurate for precision control of your work.
